About DysVoxa
DysVoxa is a desktop voice correction and speech improvement application for people with dysarthria and others who want clearer spoken output. It is operated by SIA DysVoxa (Reg. No. 40203733159). DysVoxa Free is currently distributed as beta software for Windows and Linux.
Not a medical device
DysVoxa is a practical assistive communication tool. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional speech therapy or medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician for healthcare decisions.
Beta software
Because DysVoxa is in active beta development:
- Features may change, break, or be removed between releases.
- The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
- You are responsible for keeping your own backups and for verifying that DysVoxa's output is accurate before relying on it in important conversations.
Acceptable use
When using DysVoxa, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or to impersonate another person in a deceptive or harmful way.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or interfere with the security of the website or service.
- Resell or redistribute the software except as permitted by its license.
Third-party services
DysVoxa can optionally connect to third-party AI providers for cloud correction if you enable that feature and supply your own credentials. Backing and donations are handled by Indiegogo and PayPal. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA DysVoxa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
